Can I book more than 10 sessions?Absolutely! You are welcome to add multiple plans to your basket (e.g. 10 sessions with the Excel plan and 5 sessions with the Exemplar plan, totalling 15 sessions). However, we may be able to offer a further discount on bookings of more than 10 sessions, so it is worth contacting us for a custom quote. You can also receive a custom quote for work that does not fall under general tuition (e.g. proofreading work, projects, specialist or bespoke advice, etc.). Also, if you would like to add any additional learning materials to your booking, this can be done by adding items from the Shop to your basket or contacting us for any 'bulk buy discounts'.

What if I need to cancel the session?We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation policy in place, which allows for cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty. If the cancellation is made within 12 hours of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee may apply. However, we always assess situations on a case-by-case basis and understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or need to discuss a cancellation.

When will my tutoring sessions take place?When you book a session, you are asked to choose a date and time on our booking calendar for the first session to take place. Click on the 'BOOK NOW' button on one of our Engage, Exemplar or Excel plans to get started. If you book a block of sessions from our Exemplar or Excel plans, your first session will be booked on a date and time that you choose (as above). The following sessions can then be booked in agreement with your tutor. Please inform us of any deadlines you may have so that we can ensure that your sessions are booked in good time.

How do I make payment?You can make payment via our website when you book a session using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We also accept direct bank transfers. Our secure online payment portal ensures that your personal and financial information is always kept safe and confidential. If you have any questions or need assistance with the payment process, our customer service team is available to help.

What if my tutor cannot make the session?In the event that your tutor cannot make the session, we will make every effort to provide you with a substitute tutor who is equally qualified and experienced in the subject matter. We will work with you to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for you.
